A tuition grant of €5,000 every year for the 2 years of the Masters.
A grant of €10,000 yearly to cover tuition fees for the 2 years of the Masters.

However, your scholarship will be lost if you do not confirm your academic year.

Eligibility Requirements

To be qualified for the Émile Boutmy Scholarship, here are the requirements to meet:

Applicants must be non-citizens of the European Union.
Demonstration of academic excellence.
You must be admittedto an undergraduate or master’s degree program at Sciences Po.
Language proficiency in English or French (IELTS or TOEFL for English) and (DELF/DALF for French).
Demonstration of financial needs.

Ineligible candidates include the following:

Candidates with dual citizenship, including EU citizenship.
Exchange students.
Students from Norway and Switzerland, because they can qualify for CROUS scholarships.
Ph.D. program students (thesis).
Candidates must apply for both the joint scholarship with CSC and the Émile Boutmy Simple Scholarship at the same time.
Sciences Po/Peking University dual degree (only available to Chinese nationals).
Applicants from Quebec applying for master’s degrees, as they can access sliding scale fees homogenous to European candidates. However, applicants from Quebec applying for bachelor’s degrees are qualified.
Bachelor dual-degree candidates unless covered by a particular agreement.
One-year Master’s program applicants.
Applicants applying through the French graduate admission procedure.
